Au Darling will accept items that are in new condition, tag attached, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer. For store credit you must mail back your return within 7 days of receiving it, customer is responsible for return shipping. We apologize but can not issue a return label. Anything received after 7 days will not be accepted. *Please note- Any purchase made in store must be returned in store, within 7 days of purchase. *All purchases online and in store will receive store credit ONLY* Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

- To receive a store credit, your package must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving it.
- Anything received after 7 days will not be accepted to return, and will be shipped back to you.
- Items must be in new condition, unworn, unaltered, free of stains and smells, and tag still attached- or it will be sent back to you.
- Shoes must be returned in original shoe box.
- Clearance items and jewelry are FINAL SALE.

- Returns will be processed within 5-10 business days upon receipt of the package.

- The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We inspect all Returns and reserve the right to deny or refuse the acceptance of a return based on the returned condition.
- You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your return has been processed and you have been issued a store credit.
